The Recovery Happy Hour Podcast!

I have something really exciting to share with you! 

I recently had the honor and pleasure of sitting down to talk with Tricia of the Recovery Happy Hour podcast to have a VERY honest conversation about my how I got to where I am today, and some of the steps I needed to, and continue to, take in my sober life. 

I am pretty avid about sharing openly about my recovery, because I truly feel it will help end stigma and hopefully positively changes women’s lives for the better.  Podcasts are amazing ways for those “sober-curious” souls to check it out on the other side, and also hear what worked for others, and connect with people that they may not have exposure or experience talking with. 

Last weekend I celebrated 5 years of long term sobriety, and I feel like this podcast is an amazing gift that allowed me to recognize even more things about my path in my life, and some things that I have since started devoting more time and energy to. 

I hope that it brings you some joy, as we discuss the concept of stealing one’s own joy, and how this self-sabotage is something we can fix.
